Old Automobile License Plates?

We have a 1930’s antique car and bought one (1) old California license plate at a swap meet (Long Beach, CA). But we need two (2) to be able to register them with the DMV to put on our car. Does anyone know of a company that has the ability to actually make us a matching plate? Thank you.
